Fine dust filter up to 500 kW

The OekoRona electrostatic precipitator works according to the electrostatic principle and is designed as a classic tubular electrostatic precipitator. The flue gas is channelled through the pipes by the electric field and the fine dust particles collect on the inner wall of the separator pipe. The separated dust is cleaned from the separator tubes via slides and falls into the dust drawer. The OekoRona can be optionally equipped with an automatic ash discharge system. The separator switches on and off automatically via the boiler signal or the temperature. Operating parameters can be set and queried using the touch display.

The drawer or container must be emptied regularly by the operator. To ensure long-term functionality, OekoSolve recommends annual maintenance of the filter. The work can be carried out by trained specialists (e.g. chimney sweeps, heating engineers, etc.) or by OekoSolve personnel. We will be happy to provide you with a quote for a service contract on request.

Optional remote maintenance: Settings and operating faults can be analysed and rectified remotely. This increases the availability of the separator and reduces maintenance costs.
